Alphabet

  1. I don't know anything about all the lines and dots and things that are used to indicate long and short vowel sounds, so I improvised. Feel free to point out my mistakes.

  2. Looks interesting. Are the vowel signs supposed to be full letters or diacritics used with the consonants (like inscription on Moria gate vs e.g. inscription on the Ring, you know what I mean?)
As for transliteration of vowel length, I think the macron (horizontal bar over a letter which you use to indicate shortness) is more commonly used to indicate length, while shortness would be indicated by something like a crescent or half-circle with the open half facing upward over the letter (hope you get what I mean, I don't know how to type that or I would :o()
I see the same letter is used for w and u, which kinda makes sense since it's more or less the same sound, but are you planning to have any way of distinguishing whether it's used as a consonant or a vowel?
Would be nice to see a piece of actual text written in this script (or just a few names, if you haven't developed the language).
